How to Place an order
1. Detail confirmation
Icoheat is a professional manufacturer of self-regulating heating cable, electric underfloor heating mats, floor heating cable, snow melting cable, constant wattage heating cable, and many different heating cables. It makes us possible to produce a heating cable with a new construction for you and make different color, unique design,package for you.
We are an OEM manufacturer. We have been helping lots of people produce heating & thermostats under their brand.
The details confirmation is a little annoying. But it is worth your time. It will make sure that everything we make is exactly what you want.
Meantime, we have standard design for your choice if you wish to use it. It is much more time-saving.

2. Price offer
Most of our initial prices are offered based on a standard cable design package.
We will offer again if you have a new cable design or customized package, which we confirm in step 1. Most price issue we met past time is about the color box as the color box has a big MOQ.
It will have a little conflict if the color box quantity you used for the order can not achieve MOQ. We can discuss it then if we meet it.

3. Sample making
The sample is very important for you to check the quality,to approve for mass production.
In international trade, if you get a perfect sample, you will have 95% chance to get perfect mass products.
Icoheat will make samples according to your requirement and pack it well. It is for batch order approval purposes.
Usually, we will charge for sample. And we will include this payment as a mass production deposit once you make the order.
4. Sample test & delivery
Icoheat will have carefully test on samples including packing, label, resistance,insulation resistance, and another necessary test to ensure quality.
Small samples usually are delivered to you by FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS. For sample delivery costs, you can make freight collect. Or you pay us, and we find an agent to send samples.
The second method is suggested as we have long-term working with some reliable agent. Our price could be better.
5. Mass production
After you confirm samples and batch order number, We will send you PI to confirmation. After we receive the deposit, we will begin mass production.
Before mass production, we must complete confirmation of order details, including but not limited to color, printing, Box, manual.
Order can not retreat once mass production begins. Order is also not very flexible to change something once mass production begins, especially orders with many customized factors.
Any change during mass product may cause extra cost and order delay.
We will let you know the order delivery date before mass production and send you product pictures once the order is ready.
6. Balance & shipment
Balance is dealt with according to agreed terms.
We will inform again products ready time 10-14 days ahead. You will have enough time to find a good shipping forwarder company to arrange products transportation.
We can recommend a shipping forwarder company to you too if you wish. It will save you time.
You are kindly to send us your forwarder agent in China. We will contact them to deal with the shipment. And we will ship products to the warehouse pointed by the China forwarder agent.
Shipping forwarder company will issue the B/L draft a week late after products are on board. We will confirm with you about B/L content.
You are kindly required to complete the balance arrangement, and we will send you telex released B/L together with invoice,packing list as well as necessary documents.
Using this documents, you can pick up products once arrive.
7. Service
