Packing method of pre-assembled heating products
Pre-assembled heating produts here mean heating cable assembled with cold lead, or cold lead with plug. End user can use it directly without extra sealing work. Typical products are underfloor heating mat, floor heating cable, inside water pipe heating kit, roof heating cable, snow melting cable.
Two typical pack method are applied on pre-assembled heating mats & heating cable.
1.Use individual box
Put heating mat or heating cable into a individual neutral or color box with some necessary accessories. Then several boxes are put into a strong master box sticked with label. Master box will be fasten by plastic hand strap. This method is also used by thermostat.
Advantage of this type package is client can sell it directly without further action after receving it. Disadvantage is that it could cost more space and ship cost

2.Do not use individual box
Put several heating mat or heating cable into a strong plastic bag, then put plastic bag into strong master box sticked with label. Master box will be fasten by plastic hand strap.
Advantage of this type package is saving space and ship cost. But you have to take re-pack it before you sell it.

Packing method of loose heating cable or drum cable
Loose heating cable here mean cable without power cable assemble. People received it have to assemble it before using it. Typical products are self-regulating heating cable, series resistance heating cable for long pipeline, or floor heating cable.
The cable will be rolled on wooden drum. Short length cable maybe also roll on paper drum or just a coil. Then put into strong master box sticked with label. Master box will be fasten by plastic hand strap.
For master boxes, they will be put on pallets and ship by FCL or FCL. Pallet will be fasten again and wrapped by several layer of thin plastic film.
Sometimes,clients are also required to put master boxes into container without pallets.

Delivery
Standard delivery time of Icoheat is 25 days depending on order quantity. A 20″ ft container order expect 30 days production time. A 40″ ft container expect 40 days production time.
In peak season,delivery time could be a little long. Our peak season is May,June,July,August, Sep, October,November. Consult Icoheat team for accurate delivery time.
