The following information applies to Sample Order or Small-Amount Order.
How many days to make the sample ready?
Standard samples： It will only take 2 days if we have stock. It takes about 7 days if we do not have right stock, because we need to produce extrusion.
Sample with a new structure: some clients customize new structure cable. For the new structure cable, it takes quite a long time. As we need buy raw material like resistance wire, and produce from extrusion. It needs about 10-18 days.
Samples with color box: Normal it takes 10-14 days extra for the box supplier to complete a new box.
Normally in order to cooperate with clients’ Sale & Promotion schedules, we will try our best to speed up the time of sampling. Consult our team please if you would like to have a sample.
Sample Costs
Normal, we charge on samples, But it will be returned if once you have formal order.
But please understand that the sample cost we charged is merely to cover our worker labor cost and time cost.
Delivery method
Samples or small amounts order are recommended to deliver by the courier company, like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and EMS. It will take approx. 5-7 working days to deliver to most worldwide countries; or 7-12 days by Economy Way.
Courier Costs and Fee
Parcel courier cost is calculated and charged according to the Weight or Cubic Weight. The more expensive one will be chosen.
Two Payment Options to Courier Cost and Fee
- Cost Prepaid – You pay us after you agree our courier cost, then we pay to the courier company. Then sample will be shipped.
- Cost Collect- you ask courier to pick up samples from us. Or you give us your courier company account, and we will send the parcel with freight collect from you.
However, according to our past experience, we strongly recommend that the client choose the 1st option, as even if you have the agreement/or discount rate with your local courier company, they still charge you much higher the cost than PREPAID at our end. when choosing 1st option, all Sample Costs and/or Courier costs are payable through PayPal, Western Union or T/T.

- Sample ready, we send you the delivery note

BTW, Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the days we confirm.
