SRHC Series Resistance Heating Cable
is a polymer insulated series resistive heating cable suitable for use in ordinary and hazardous areas. It starts with a high resistance wire (usual alloying element), then electrically insulated and protected by high temperature, heavy-wall inner insulation, a metal grounding braid and a durable out sheath. It produces heat via its resistance heating conductor.
SRHC series‐resistance heating cable can be used for continuous temperature up to 260°C depend on material used. Icoheat offers SRHC heating cable in a very wide range of resistance, starting from 0.8 Ω/km up to 8000 Ω/km.
